PMU lip Blushing is a Semi- permanent cosmetic tattooing procedure that enhances the natural color, shape and appearance of the lips using a specialized tattoo machine and pigment.
I also do Lip Neutralization for dark, Purple, Blue and Brown Tones to achieve a warmer more desirable tone.
